What do you look for in a brand designer?
With so many brand designers in the market, the search for the perfect fit can become a tad overwhelming. So, how on earth do you find the perfect match!?
I strongly believe that it all boils down to personality. Finding a designer who you mesh well with is super important. You are going to be working with them for the long haul, so why not have fun while you’re at it! Most brand designers will host an initial discovery call, a meet and greet if you will, to ensure it’s a perfect match.
Know that it is YOUR prerogative to chat with different brand designers to find the perfect fit for you + your project. However, keep in mind that transparency + respect is key.
I don’t want to speak for everyone BUT we 100% appreciate when you let us know you are chatting with different designers. Additionally, if you choose not to go with us - that’s totally fine! A quick email to keep us updated is always welcomed. We honestly don’t take offence + find it much more professional than you ghosting us after we made time to chat.
At the end of the day, trust your gut - that is always to best indicator in my opinion!
