How are brand package prices
determined?
Brand packages start at a base price of $2,000. Cost increases as deliverables are added.
How can I book with you?
Before you get booked in, we would start with a 30 min Discovery Call to ensure that we would be a good fit. After our chat, if we were to move forward, you would receive a project proposal with a quoted total. To lock in your branding project, 50% of the quoted total is collected. Please note that we may not be able to take on your project right away and your deposit will lock in your set project date.
How will we communicate?
Clients can contact get in contact through phone or email between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Communication outside these time frames can be further discussed if needed. Google Meets will be used for video communication.

Why won't you just design a logo?
Branding goes way beyond just a logo mark and we feel a singular logo doesn't do justice for a business's success. We feel we would be doing a disservice to our clients by providing them "just a logo".
How will I receive my final files?
Final files will be delivered through a shared Google Drive folder. Clients are asked to download their final files to their preferred hard drive or cloud storage as soon as possible as they will be deleted from the shared file after 60 days.
What if I want to add extra
deliverables?
Awesome, we would love to support you with that! If there is something additional that comes to mind during the process, we can discuss the details and the added design time will be reflected on your final invoice.

Do you offer payment plans?
If you are not able to pay the full 50% deposit, that’s okay! Payment will be split up into four and requested at different stages of the branding process. Timeline will be discussed with you before starting your branding project.

Before starting any branding project, a 50% deposit is taken up front. If we can not start your project right away, the deposit will lock in your set project date.
